摘要
如何有效控制和管理城市轨道交通工程变更,顺利推进工程建设,同时合理控制工程投资,对于轨道交通建设具有十分重要的意义。本文结合某城市地铁实践经验,分析了工程变更的原因,介绍了工程变更分类和计价原则,最后对建设项目工程变更计价的重难点进行了总结和研究。
The question of how to control and manage urban rail transit engineering changes efficiently, so as to smoothly tbster project construction, while controlling project investment legitimately, is very significant for rail transit construc- tion. Based on practical experiences, this paper analyzes the reasons for engineering changes, introduces varieties of engineering changes and principles for the relevant valuation, and finally studies and concludes key points and difficul- ties for engineering changes of construction projects.
