摘要
利用麦克尔方程和辛普逊积分法,对工业冷却塔常用的S波、人字波、复合波三种波形的填料性能进行了实验研究,结果显示:在淋水密度为8 t /(m2·h)时,复合波型填料热学性能较其它两者要好,其蒸发特性数是人字波型的1.081~.34倍,是S波型的1.06~1.1倍,在满足相同冷却负荷要求下,选用复合波填料的最佳气水比相对较小,对应的迎面风速也最低,可为实际应用提供指导。
Based on Meckel equation and Simpson integral method, experiments were carried out to test cooling tower fillers performance, which were made of s wave, herringbone wave and composite wave form. The result showed that composite wave filler was better that others when pouring water density was 8 t /(m2·h), whose evaporation characteristics is about 1.081 ~ .34 times of herringbone’s, whose evaporation characteristics is about 1.06 ~ 1.1 times of s wave’s. Under the situation of meeting same cooling load, composite wave filler’s optimal gas-water ratio is small and face velocity is low, which could provide reference for practical application.
