摘要
为了探究V级围岩浅埋段复合式衬砌钢拱架的合理榀距,保证工程的经济性与安全性,结合中原路西延上街辘把坡至巩义S237快速通道韩门隧道工程实例,选取有代表性的断面,采用理论计算和数值分析法,结合现场的变形监测数据分析结果,对该隧道V级围岩段的钢拱架榀距进行了安全性评估.结果表明,在该条件下钢拱架设计榀距的安全储备过于充足、设计偏保守,施工图设计的钢拱架支护参数可以再作适当的优化调整.
In order to solve the reasonable spacing of the steel arch frame of composite lining for shallow tunnel in the fifth level surrounding rocks and ensure the economy and security of the program,the paper selects special positions in the Hanmen tunnel of Zhongyuan Road extending from Shangjie to Gongyi S237 fast road and makes an estimate for the security,by theoretical arithmetic, numerical analysis and the analytic result of monitoring data. The results point out that the spacing designed for the steel arch frame is too conservative,which causes the program is uneconomical. The parameters of steel frame spacing should be devised for an appropriate adjustment.
