摘要
飞机是使用大量标准件进行装配的典型产品。在生产制造和维护维修中,传统的标准件库管理存在耗时、费力、效率低、工作繁重、因库存大而占用资金等问题。利用建模语言UML、条形码、Delphi软件和SQL Server数据库等技术,开发飞机标准件库管理系统,可以简化日常管理事务,提高工作效率和资金利用率。本文针对飞机标准件库管理系统及采用的关键技术进行了分析,对系统进一步的研究作出了展望。
Aircraft is a typical product assembled with a large number of standard parts. In the actual production and maintenance of aircraft,there are problems such as time consume,strenuosity,low efficiency,heavy workload,large inventory and occupation of funds in the traditional inventory of standard parts. The development of the management system of standard parts library of aircraft with UML,bar code,Delphi software,SQL Server database can simplify daily affairs in management and improve work efficiency and inventory utilization of funds. This paper analyzes the management system of aircraft standard parts library and the key technologies applied.
