摘要
利用热水解氧化方法对某石化公司含油污泥进行了处理和研究,建立了一种方便、高效、运行成本低的含油污泥处理方法。考察了在不同工艺条件下的处理结果,确定了最佳工艺条件。处理后的污泥具有较高热值,可作为燃料(相当于0.62标准煤),用于发电或其他方面使用。通过本方法处理,使含油污泥这类危险固体废弃物变为一般工业废弃物。达到了脱水减量、灭菌无害、无二次污染及再利用的目的。
Utilizing thermal hydrolysis oxidation method to treat and research on a petrochemical company's oily sludge in Dalian, we establish a convenient, efficient, low running cost of oily sludge treatment methods. Examined the results under different conditions to determine the optimum conditions. The treated sludge has a higher heating value which can be used as fuel(equivalent to 0.62 SCE), used for power generation or other use. Using this method can change the oily sludge such as dangerous solid wastes into general industrial wastes. Reaching the purpose of the dehydration decrement, sterilization harmless and no secondary pollution and reused.
