摘要
针对当前国内工程机械载荷谱测试中,无法较准确地采集发动机输出扭矩的难题,提出了基于瞬时油耗的发动机瞬时扭矩测量方法,论证了测量方法的科学性和合理性,设计完成了数据采集系统,并成功应用于ZL50装载机载荷谱的测试。最后对ZL50装载机载荷谱数据进行了分析,比较不同作业方式对转速、功率、油耗等参数的影响。
Currently the engine output torque is not accurately collected in domestic engineering machinery load spectrum tests. This paper proposed the engine instantaneous torque measurement based on the instantaneous fuel consumption and demonstrated the scientific and rationality of the measurement method, and designed data acquisition .system. The system is successfully applied to the load spectrum test of a ZL50 loader. Finally, ZL50 loader load spectrum data were analyzed to compare the effects of different practices on speed, power, fuel consumption and other parameters.
