Theoretical Models for Predicting Curing Distortion in Composites

摘要 复合材料在固化过程中不可避免会发生变形问题,因此,需要建立相关理论模型对固化变形进行预测。理论分析可以深入揭示固化变形的内在原因,为试验和生产提供指导。根据已有的科研成果,比较了基于几何变形关系、层合板理论、材料力学理论和弹性力学理论等几个典型的理论模型,分析了其预测机理与适用范围,为复合材料固化变形的控制预测提供一定帮助。 It is necessary to establish theoretical models to predict the inevitable distortion in composites during curing process. Theoretical models could shed light on the underlying mechanism of distortion and provide advices to experiment and production. According to published references, some typical models based on geometric relation, theory of laminate, materials mechanics and theory of elasticity are investigated. Principles of model establishing and their ranges of application are explored, which could serve as a basic for distortion predicting and controlling.
