摘要
社会工作实习教育是社会工作专业人才培养中非常重要的内容。运用问卷调查法和文献法对所教授的JSTNU大学中158名社会工作专业学生的社会工作实习情况进行研究,并用"统计产品与服务解决方案"(SPSS)统计软件进行系统研究。结合卢曼的社会系统理论描述社会工作实习教育所处的社会环境、研究对象以及存在问题,从互动系统、组织系统、社会系统三个方面给出具体的建设方向。
It is very important to train professional talents in carrying out internship education of social work. Based on questionnaire survey, interview method, and documentation method, Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) data of socail work practice were systematically analysized by as-given 158 university students with major of Social Work, who came from Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University(JSTNU). Social environment, as- studied sample and its problems about social work practice were described by Luhmann's theory of social systems. Furthermore, constructive directions of the internship education were specifically depicted by interaction system, organization system as well as societal systems.
