摘要
针对传统的巷道锚网和锚杆支护质量有线监测系统存在施工危险、断线频繁、维护困难的问题,设计了一种巷道支护质量无线监测系统,该系统以巷道支护危险区域段面为监测对象,采用ZigBee和WiFi无线数据通信协议解决了主干网络的传输可靠性问题。现场应用结果表明,该系统安装维护简便,优化了巷道支护参数,提高了回采安全性。
In view of problems of dangers installing,frequent line breakage and hard maintenance existed in normal wired monitoring system of supporting quality for roadway bolt and steel mesh,a wireless monitoring system of roadway supporting quality was designed.The wireless monitoring system takes roadway hazardous area section as monitoring object,solves reliability problem of transmission backbone network by ZigBee and WiFi wireless data communication protocol.The application result shows that the system is easy to install and maintenance,which optimizes roadway parameter and improves safety of mining.
