摘要
与城市不同,小城镇通常直接脱胎于传统农业和农村社区,其城镇化必然包含着一些特定的作用机制和演进过程。山东省济南市平阴县孔村镇以"三化互动"为动力机制,以"三区建设"为平台,推动了镇域城镇化的创新发展,较好地把握和诠释了城镇化的本质要求。基于对小城镇城镇化的基本认识,对孔村镇的城镇化进程展开分析,并对产业转型带动城镇化进程的一般机制做出解析。
Different from cities, small towm usually grow out of traditional agticuhure and naal commtmides directly. Its urbanization cett.ainly contains some specific mechanism of action and evolution process. Taking ＂interaction of industrialization, urbanization and modernization＂ as dynamic mechanism and ＂construction of three districts＂ as a platform, Kongcun Town of Pingyin County, Jinan City, Shandong Province promoted the innovative development of the town＇ s urbanization, and well grasp ＆ interpret the essential requirements of urbanization. Based on the basic understanding of small-town urbanization, this article analyzed the urbanization process of Kongcun Town and made interpretation and analysis on general mechanism ofindusufial wansformation driving urbanization process.
