摘要
目的:探讨采用无创通气联合药物治疗成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法:选择2010年8月-2014年8月笔者所在医院收治的成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者共30例,将患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组15例。对照组给予常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗方法的基础上结合无创通气进行治疗,观察并比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%(14/15),对照组总有效率为86.67%(13/15)(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上,采用无创通气联合药物治疗的方式,能够有效改善患者急性呼吸窘迫综合征的情况,减轻患者痛苦,值得推崇和应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilation combined with drug treatment in the treatment of adult acute respiratory distress syndrome.Method： 30 cases adult acute respiratory distress syndrome from August 2010 to August 2014 were treated in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups, 15 eases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment, on the basis of the control group the observation group was given non-invasive ventilation combined with drug treatment.The effect of two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%（14/15）, the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%（13/15）, the observation group was better than the control group, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In clinical practice, the use of non-invasive ventilation combined with drug therapy approach can improve the situation of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, alleviate the suffering of patients, should be respected and applied.
