价值观是医院文化的核心。社会主义核心价值观与医院文化的价值内涵具有内在统一性,医院文化建设具有养人心志、育人情操的重要作用,是提升医院核心竞争力及构建和谐医患关系的关键因素,应在社会主义核心价值观的引领下,融入医院核心价值观的培育与践行中。新形势下,医院加强文化建设,要坚持人文管理、仁爱济世、厚德至善和患者至上的价值理念,将理念文化与制度文化、物质文化和行为文化融为一体。医院文化建设应着眼于拓展载体、改善服务、转换角色,不断创新文化建设的形式,深化文化内涵,努力铸造文化品牌。
Values are the core of hospital culture. The core values of socialism and hospital culture have unifying connotation internally. Hospital culture can cultivate people＇s mind and sentiment, it＇s a key factor to enhance the core competitiveness and construct harmonious doctor - patient relationship of the hospital, and it should be integrated into the cultivation and practice of hospital core values in the lead of the core values of socialism. Under the new situation, in order to strengthen the construction of hospital culture, hospitals must persist in the values of humanistic management, benevolence embodies, social commitment and supreme end, and put the patients first. The concept of culture should be integrated with system euhure, material culture and behavior culture, and form a culture full of positive energy. Therefore, hospital culture construction should focus on expanding carriers, improving service, changing roles, innovating cultural construction forms, deepening the cultural connotation, and building the culture brand.
