摘要 研究女大学生有氧运动过程中脑电的变化规律,为寻找女大学生合适的耐力锻炼方法提供科学依据。采用实验研究方法,对实验组和对照组女生各10名进行脑电测试。分别采集安静时,3min台阶测试结束即刻1min和3min三种状态下的专注度值和放松度值。通过比较分析,中等强度负荷下,对照组的专注度值的变化情况是先升后降,而实验组是持续小幅上升。对照组的放松度值变化情况是大幅不断上升,实验组的放松度值是先升后降。研究结果表明:中等强度下,与实验组对比,对照组学生疲劳恢复相对较快,神经系统机能水平较高。因此,耐力练习中参考对照组的中等强度负荷后的专注度值和放松度值的变化规律,控制练习强度及每两次练习的间歇时间,可提高耐力素质水平。 This article aims to change the law of EBG during aerobic exercise of female students, provide a scientific basis for finding a suitable endurance training methods for female students. Using the experimental method, the ex- perimental group and the control group were 10 girls in each EEG tests. When were collected quiet, three minutes step test focused on values and relaxation end value immediately and 3min 1min under three states. Through a com- parative analysis, with moderate load, the changes focus on the value of the control group was first and then de- creased, while the experimental group sustained a slight increase. Meditation changes the value of the control group is rising sharply, relax values in the experimental group after the first lift. The results showed that: moderate intensity, contrast with the experimental group and control group students relatively fast recovery from fatigue, high levels of nervous system function. Therefore, endurance exercises focus on value and the variation value of relaxation moderate load reference control group after controlling exercise intensity and exercise every two intermittent time, we can im- prove the quality level of endurance.
