补骨脂挥发油微胶囊包埋工艺优化及其在卷烟中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 采用β-环糊精作为壁材制备补骨脂挥发油微胶囊,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了芯材与壁材比例、包埋温度、研磨时间、乳化剂添加量对包埋工艺的影响。结果表明:β-环糊精包埋补骨脂挥发油的最优工艺条件为:芯材和壁材比例(质量比)1∶10、包埋温度50℃、反应时间2 h、乳化剂添加量0.4%。按照上述最优工艺条件对补骨脂挥发油进行包埋,补骨脂挥发油的包埋率可达62.3%,补骨脂挥发油利用率为81.4%。将此补骨脂挥发油微胶囊按0.02 g/支的用量添加到卷烟滤嘴中,卷烟的药草香韵增加明显,香气质、烟气浓度均有不同程度的提高。 The manufacture of microcapsules of psoralen volatile oil by imbedding method using β-cyclo- dextrin as the wall materials was investigated. The influence of the ratio of core to wall, concentration of emulsifier,temperature and reaction time on the microencapsulation efficiency was evaluated. The opti- mum conditions were as follows:the ratio of core to wall was 1: 10, the concentration of emulsifier was 0.4% ,the embedding temperature was 50℃ , and reaction time was 2 h. Under the condions, the imbed- ding rate of psoralen volatile oil was 62.3% , and the utilization rate was 81.4%. The results showed that the flavor of tobacco was improved when the microcapsules were added to a cigarette with 0.02 g.
