不同机型烟苗移栽机性能测试与移栽效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了筛选出适合豫中平原烟区的烟苗移栽机,比较了不同烤烟移栽机的性能与移栽效果。结果表明:洛阳一拖2ZY-199牵引式移栽机的栽植频率最高(43.5株/(min·行)),其次是意大利法拉利牵引式移栽机(40.3株/(min·行)),日本井观2ZS-1自走式移栽机的栽植频率明显低于其他机型;许昌同兴2YZS-1自走式移栽机的栽植深度合格率最高(92.3%),5种机型的单株移栽稳定系数均在98%以上,青州华龙2ZY-1牵引式移栽机的移栽株距精度明显低于其他机型;自走式移栽机耗油量明显低于牵引式移栽机,其中日本井观2ZS-1自走式移栽机耗油量最低;意大利法拉利牵引式移栽机和许昌同兴2YZS-1自走式移栽机的用工明显低于日本井观2ZS-1自走式和洛阳一拖2ZY-199牵引式移栽机;日本井观2ZS-1自走式移栽机无移栽灌水功能。根据测试结果和烟苗移栽农艺要求,意大利法拉利牵引式和许昌同兴2YZS-1自走式移栽机的烟苗移栽质量较好,是豫中平原烟区较适宜的烟苗移栽机。 In order to select right tobacco seedling transplanting machine for central Henan province,the performance and transplanting effect of different tobacco transplanting machines were studied. The results showed that Luoyang Yituo 2ZY-199 had the highest planting frequency(43.5 plants/(min · line)) ,fol- lowed by Italian Ferrari(40.3 plants/(min ·line)) , and Japan Jingguan 2ZS-1 ' s was lower than other models' significantly. The qualification rate of planting depth of Xuchang Tongxing 2YZS-1 was highest (92. 3% ). And transplanting stability coefficients of five machine models were more than 98%. The transplanting distance accuracy of Qingzhou Hualong 2ZY-1 was lower than other models' significantly. In the aspect of fuel consumption, the self-propelled transplanting machine was lower than the traction type transplanting machine significantly,and Japan Jingguan 2ZS-1 was the lowest among all of machine mod- els. The labor quantity of Italian Ferrari and Xuchang Tongxing 2YZS-1 were lower than that of Japan Jingguan 2ZS-1 and Luoyang Yituo 2ZY-199. In addition,Japan Jingguan 2ZS-1 had no transplanting irri- gation function. According to the test results and the agronomic requirements of seedling transplanting, the Italian Ferrari and Xuehang Tongxing 2YZS-1 have better transplanting quality, so they are suitable forpopularization and application in central Henan province.
