摘要
旅游行业的快速发展,使其对旅游管理人才的培养要求不断提高。除必要的基础知识和技能要求外,旅游管理专业学生创新能力的培养对于高校旅游管理教育具有重要意义。文章在分析高校旅游管理专业培养学生创新能力必要性及培养学生创新能力的限制因素的基础上,探讨了通过提高师生思想认识、构建合理专业课程体系、改革专业教学方法、强化创新型专业师资队伍建设等措施培养旅游管理专业学生创新能力的途径。
The rapid development of the tourism industry poses a higher demand for the professional training of tourism management students in colleges. Besides necessary fundamental knowledge and skills,students are supposed to improve their innovation capacity during their study. This paper starts with an analysis of the necessity of cultivating tourism management students’ innovation capability and the factors that restrict their training in this respect,and concludes with corresponding approaches including raising teachers’ and students’ awareness,constructing reasonable curriculum system,reforming teaching methods,strengthening the development of innovative faculty,etc.
