选择性脑低温对脑卒中的神经保护作用及研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑卒中发病急,病死率高,是严重危害人类的致死性疾病之一,随着中国社会老龄化的到来,脑卒中的发病率和病死率呈现逐年上升的趋势。虽然众多治疗脑卒中的药物在基础研究中都取得了良好的实验结果,但在临床试验中的效果却并不令人满意。低温治疗是心肺脑复苏中常用的脑保护技术,也是到目前为止唯一被临床确认有效的脑保护方法。
