摘要
能源互联网是第三代工业革命的核心技术,是以电力系统为核心,深入结合新能源技术和信息技术为特征的一种新的能源利用体系。如何在现有交流配电网的基础上经济高效地建设能源互联网是一个亟需解决的问题。柔性直流技术具有功率独立控制、无无功补偿问题、可以向无源网络供电等优势,非常适合组建能源互联网。在此背景下,首先介绍几个具有代表意义的能源互联网雏形,进而提出中压直流互联及低压直流入户这两种应用方案,并将这两种方案与交流配电网进行经济技术比较,最后以北京市一块地区为例对中压直流互联方案做经济技术可行性分析,以北京市某大型银行北方数据中心为例分析低压直流入户方案。
As the core technology of the third industrial revolution,the energy internet is a new energy utilization system based on the power system,with deep integration of renewable energy and internet technologies. How to build the Energy Internet from the existing AC distribution network cost-effectively is a pressing problem to be solved. With such advantages as independent power control,no need for reactive power compensation problems,and power supply to passive network,the voltage source converter(VSC)-based DC technology is suitable to build the Energy Internet. Given this background,several representative prototypes of the energy internet were introduced firstly,and then the medium voltage(MV) DC interconnection and the low voltage(LV) DC home-entry schemes were presented,followed by the economic and technical comparison between the two schemes and the traditional AC distribution network. Finally,the detailed analysis of the two schemes were performed based on one district in Beijing and the north data center of a nationalized bank in Beijing respectively.
