支持校际协作的教师在线专业学习社区建设策略探索——基于国内外实践的调查与反思 被引量:2

A Study on Strategies for Building Teachers' Online Professional Learning Community Which Supports Interscholastic Collaboration——Based on the Practice of Domestic and Overseas

摘要 教师在线专业学习社区支持下的校际协作是当前探索新教育理念和技术环境下教育系统改革与创新的重要途径,也成为教师们应对复杂教学问题和探索新技术方法应用进行专业发展的重要方式。本文通过对支持校际协作的国内外教师在线专业学习社区实践整体现状评述与典型案例分析,从促进知识转化、构建社会网络、支持组织与管理、搭建技术环境等四个方面探索建设此类社区的有效策略,以期能够为同类社区的建设与研究提供依据。 An interscholastic interaction and collaboration supported by online professional learning community is not only an important approach to the revolution and innovation of education system in the current trend of education concept and technical environment, but also an significant way for teachers to deal with complicated practical teaching problems and to explore new technology and methods for professional development. This study, after a review of domestic and foreign teach- ers'online professional learning community that supports interscholastic collaboration and analysis to several typical cases, suggests effective strategies for construction of this kind of community from four aspects as facilitating knowledge conversion, building social network, supporting organization and management, and designing technical environment so as to provide ba- sis for construction and research of communities of the same kind.
