超高铬合金铸铁浓浆泵眼镜板铸件工艺研究

摘要 针对超高铬合金铸铁浓浆泵眼镜板的产品特点,通过控制化学成分并添加含钒高效稀土复合变质剂提高铸件性能;研究多阶段加热及随炉冷却方式的软化退火热处理工艺,使软化退火处理后硬度为29.5HRC,无需特种刀具即可进行常规机械加工,满足加工尺寸精度的要求;再经淬火回火处理后硬度达64HRC,实现超高铬合金铸铁浓浆泵眼镜板铸件使用寿命比硬质合金镶块眼镜板铸件提高达3倍以上。 According to the product features of ultra high chromium alloy cast iron glasses plate casting for consistency pump, the casting characteristic was improved by controlling the chemical composition and adding high efficiency rare earth compound modifier containing vanadium. The softening annealing heat treatments by means of multi-stage heating and cooling with the furnace were studied. The hardness of the casting is 29.5 HRC after softening annealing treatment. Conventional machining can be carried out without special cutting tool, and it can meet the requirements of machining accuracy. After quenching and tempering process, the hardness of ultra high chromium alloy cast iron glasses plate casting for consistency pump reaches 64 HRC, and its service life is 3 times higher than that of hard alloy insert glasses plate casting.
