基于灵敏度分析的圆环式静电传感器优化设计

摘要 圆环式静电传感器是测量煤粉速度、浓度的重要手段之一,但其自身的结构特性导致空间灵敏度分布不均匀,造成了测量结果易受流型影响。本文采用点电荷思想构建了圆环式静电传感器的三维静电场数学模型,且利用有限元软件Comsol系统地分析了传感嚣关键结构的参数、材料特性等对灵敏度的影响,从而为完成对圆环式静电传感器的优化设计提供了必要的理论依据。
