摘要
微波辐射条件下,以吲哚羧酸及间苯二甲醛为原料,经过3步反应,以较高产率合成了一类新的双吲哚酰腙类化合物,其结构均经1HNMR、IR、MS和元素分析确证。所得化合物进行了初步抑菌活性实验研究,结果表明,部分化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的抑制作用。
Under microwave irradiation,a novel type of hydrazone compounds with two indole rings were synthesized in high yields through three steps,by using indole carboxylic acid and benzene-1,3-dicarbaldehyde as raw material. The structures were confirmed by1 HNMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis. Antibacterial activities have been investigated. The results indicate this type of hydrazone compounds has good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
