摘要
研究以二灰(生石灰和粉煤灰)为稳定剂的废旧沥青路面材料冷再生技术,通过击实试验确定冷再生混合料的最佳水的质量分数和最大干密度。对冷再生混合料进行无侧限抗压强度试验,给出推荐配合比,并对选定的一组试件的劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量进行研究,分析冷再生混合料的强度增长规律。试验结果表明:以二灰为稳定剂的废旧沥青路面材料有良好的强度,能够满足道路半刚性基层材料强度要求。
In this paper, the cold regeneration technology of old asphalt pavement materials with two ashes ( lime and fly ash) as stabilizers is studied. The optimal water content of cold recycled mixture and the maximum dry density are determined through compaction tests. Also, the recommended mixture proportion is given based on the tests of the unconfined compressive strength of cold recycled mixture. Furthermore, the splitting strength and compression rebound modulus of selected specimens are examined to analyze the increasing law of the cold recycled mixture strength. The test results show that the two ashes as stabilizers of old asphalt pavement materials have the good strength, which can meet the strength requirements of road semi-rigid base materials.
