摘要
爆破载荷作用下岩体动力响应及控制是矿山开发和工程建设中面临的一个亟待解决的问题。精细控制爆破是通过定量化的爆破设计、精心施工和管理,进行炸药爆炸能量释放与介质破碎、抛掷等过程的控制,最终达到预期的爆破效果实现安全可靠的爆破作业。岩石定向断裂精细控制爆破技术——切缝药包爆破技术以其成本低廉、施工方便、爆破效果良好,比传统的控制爆破追求的目标更高,对工程爆破技术发展必将产生深远的影响。
