摘要
随着信息与网络技术的发展与进步,医院图书馆在推进医疗、科研、教学、管理等方面的功能和作用日益突出,其精细化管理势在必行。中国中医科学院广安门医院图书馆通过合理配置信息资源系统,满足医疗、教学、科研读者需求;精细重点学科信息库,提供个性化服务;细化服务项目,提升服务理念;精细选择培训内容,提高医技人员信息素养等一些精细化管理上的实践,提高了服务质量和管理水平,为医院的持续发展提供了优质的文献信息服务。
With the development of information and network technology, the function of the hospital library which can promote the medical, scientific research, teaching, management and other aspects of the function become more and more important. The fine management is imperative. Practices in the management of the hospital library such as rational allocation information resources to match the needs of medical service, teaching and research, building key discipline database, promoting service awareness, strengthening training to improve staff＇s capacity are implemented to promote the details of services and service quality. It also enhances the management level and provides good information service quality for the sustainable development of hospital.
