摘要
本文介绍了采用阳离子升级版改性涤纶纤维与精梳棉进行混纺,创新"粗纱机慢速防跳管控制电路",解决了粗纱机在刚开车时易产生粗纱管跳管的现象,创新"罗卡斯紧密纺右斜位纺纱方法",进一步控制罗卡斯紧密纺的成纱毛羽,使该产品的3mm毛羽降低70%左右,并且成纱条干、棉结、强力均有很大的改善,抗起毛起球性能更是达到3—4级。
