摘要
为进一步提高高职食品机械与设备课程教学质量,本文结合高职教育及食品机械与设备课程的特点,从学情分析,教学内容安排、实践学时分配,行动导向法运用等4个方面对食品机械与设备课程教学改革进行了阐述。教学研究结果表明,这些改革措施在一定程度上提高了高职食品机械与设备课程的教学质量。
In order to further improve the teaching quality in higher vocational education course of food machinery and equipment. The paper combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education and food machinery and equipment course. In this paper, four aspects are discussed on teaching reform of food machinery and equipment course, such as the learning situation, teaching content arrangement, hours distribution of practice and the use of action-oriented method.Teaching and research results show that, the measures have improved the quality of teaching in the course of higher vocational food machinery and equipment to a certain extent.
