基于不同挂膜填料的A/O工艺抗冲击负荷与稳定性研究

摘要 [目的]研究基于不同挂膜填料的A/O工艺抗冲击负荷与稳定性。[方法]为了考察2种填料的挂膜启动效率、运行稳定性,以青岛市某小区生活污水为例,基于A/O工艺,利用平行连续中试试验研究了弹性立体填料和柱状悬浮填料的启动、运行以及在低温或低负荷条件下的抗冲击性能。[结果]对COD、TP的去除而言,在低温状态下,投加弹性填料的A/O系统抗冲击性和稳定性要优于投加悬浮填料的A/O系统;在低负荷状态下,投加悬浮填料的A/O系统抗冲击性和稳定性要优于投加弹性填料的A/O系统。[结论]在实际工程应用中,要针对不同的处理水平和在不良条件下从不同污染物考虑的对其抗冲击和稳定性影响,选用合适的填料。 [ Objective ] The research aims to study impact resistance and operational stability in wastewater treatment using different biofilm cul- turing packing based on the A/O technology. [ Method] In order to investigate biofilm culturing efficiency and operational stability of the two kinds of packing, elastic packing and columnar suspended packing are researched by parallel and continuous pilot scale test. Taking a village sewage in Qingdao as an example and based on the A/O process, characteristics of the packing, such as starting, operation and impact resistance under low-temperature or low load condition, are studied in the experiment. [ Result ] For removal of COD and TP, under low temperature, the impact resistance and operational stability of the A/O system added elastic packing is superior to the system added suspended packing. Under low load condition, the impact resistance and operational stability of the A/O system added suspended packing is better than the system added elastic packing. [ Conclusion] Therefore, in the practical engineering application, suitable packing should be chosen according to different processing levels, and considering influence on the impact resistance and stability from different pollutants in bad conditions.
