摘要
目的口腔拔牙患者采取PDCA护理模式对预防口腔拔牙术后感染和临床护理效果的分析。方法从本院2014年9月～2015年3月随机选出口腔拔牙患者60例,分为护理组与对照组各30例,采用PDCA护理模式对护理组实施干预,采用一般护理对对照组实施干预,观察两组患者口腔拔牙术后的感染情况和患者对临床护理的满意率。结果护理组患者在术后感染发生率为16.5%少于对照组,护理组患者的护理满意率达92%高于对照组的72%,两组差异有统计学意义P〈0.05。结论临床采用PDCA护理模式可降低口腔拔牙患者术后的感染发生率,取得满意的护理效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA nursing mode on prevention of postoperative infection and clinical nursing care of patients with dental extraction.Methods 60 cases were chosen from the college in September 2014 to 2015 March,divided into nursing group and control group,30 cases in each,using PDCA nursing model on nursing group intervention,with general nursing to control the implementation of intervention were observed after two groups of patients with tooth extraction sense staining and patients in clinical nursing satisfaction rate.Results The incidence of postoperative infection in the nursing group was 16.5% less than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the nursing group was 72% higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant P〈0.05.Conclusion PDCA nursing mode can reduce the incidence of infection in patients with oral extraction and obtain satisfactory results.
