摘要
通过观察试验对15个秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)菌株在栽培过程中的菌丝生长状况、生育期、子实体产量和生物学性状等进行比较,筛选出6个菌丝生长状况良好、生育期适中、产量较高和生物学性状较好的优良菌株[秀珍菇p21、秀珍菇(市场)、秀珍菇163、秀迪1号、秀p-4和秀珍菇广温型]作为秀珍菇杂交亲本。秀珍菇p21菌丝萌发力强,粗壮、密集、浓白,生长速度快,营养生长期短,生育期适中,转潮快、潮数多,产量和生物学效率最高;而其他5个菌丝长势较好,生育期适中,菌盖颜色较深,生物学性状较好。
The mycelium growth conditions, growth period, yield and biological characteristics of 15 Pleurotus geesteranus strains were compared through cultivation test. And six strains of P. geesteranus, including P. geesteranus p21, P. geesteranus （saled）, P. geesteranus 163, Xiudi 1, Xiu p-4 and P. geesteranus （high-and-low temperature type） with better mycelium growth conditions, moderate growth period, higher yield and better biological characteristics were selected as hybrid parent. Among which, P. geesteranus p21 had the characteristics of strong mycelium germination force, short vegetative period, moderate growth period, short inter-flush period and more flush, and its yield and biological efficiency were the highest. While the other five P. geesteranus had the characteristics of better mycelium growth conditions, moderate growth period and darker pileus.
