摘要
探讨涤粘混纺双层弹力织物的生产要点。介绍了弹力织物上机图和经纬纱排列;并线速度35m/min,捻度680捻/m,并经过蒸纱定形;采用分条整经,整经速度400 m/min;重点针对织造工艺进行了优化,包括主辅喷嘴引纬气压、上机张力、开口时间和停经架位置等,采取一系列技术措施后,使织造过程中布幅稳定,布面均匀,无纬缩,织物有弹性,织机效率达92%。认为:优化织造工艺是生产双层弹力织物的关键。
Production key points of polyester viscose blended double layer elastic fabric were discussed, hoo ming draft and warp weft arrangement of elastic fabric were introduced. Doubling speed was 35 m/min. The twist is 680 count/m. Yarn was set by steaming. Sectional warping was selected and the warping speed is 400 m/min. Weaving technology was especially optimized including air pressures of main auxiliary nozzle and weft insertion,looming tension, shed timing and stop position of warp frame. After adopting a serial technology measures, the fabric width is stable, cloth surface is uniform, without weft shrinkage, fabric has elasticity and the loom efficiency is up to 92 %. It is considered that weaving processing optimization is the key to produce double layer e lastic fabric.
