摘要
采用十六烷基三甲基溴化胺/β-环糊精修饰电极,对腺苷的测定提供了新的分析方法。利用循环伏安法电化学聚合生成十六烷基三甲基溴化胺/β-环糊精—多壁碳纳米管(CTAB/β-CD+MWNTs/GCE)化学修饰电极,并研究了腺苷在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。在pH 5.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,腺苷的氧化还原峰电流与其质量浓度在1.0×10-7-8.0 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为4.8×10^-8mg/m L。此修饰电极对腺苷有良好的选择性和灵敏度。
A new method was established for the determination of adenosine (ADE) based on aβ- cyclodextrin (β-CD) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) in this experiment. The electrochemical activity and the electrocatalytical behavior of the modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV). A good linear relationship between the oxidation and reduction peaks current and the concentration of adenosine in the range of 0.1 ×10^-5- 8 mg/mL was obtained in phosphate buffer with pH 5.8. The limit of detection is 48 ng / mL. This modified electrode shows good sensitivity and selectivity to adenosine
