摘要
在大型工程机械和农用车辆上,广泛采用电液比例阀作为工作装置控制元件。PWM先导级高速开关阀在100 Hz时良好的开关性能是决定电液比例阀性能的重要因素。该研究建立了高速开关阀的数学模型,并应用基于Simulation X系统的PWM高速开关先导阀的仿真模型,对高速开关阀阀芯位移响应特性进行研究,分析了弹簧刚度、工作气隙、衔铁质量、线圈电流等参数对阀芯位移响应的影响以及高速开关阀的流量特性,给出流量控制时PWM占空比的修正公式。
The electro-hydraulic proportional valve has a wide application in construction machines and agricultural vehicles as s control element of working devices. The good on-off property of 100 Hz high speed on-off pilot valve has a great influence on the properties of electro-hydraulic proportional valve. In this paper the mathematical model of on-off pilot valve is established,and the spool displacement response of high speed on-off pilot valve is investigated with the simulation model based on Simulation X,and the key parameters,such as the spring stiffness,the air gap,the mass of armature and the coil current,are also analyzed. Besides,the flow characteristic of high speed on-off pilot valve and the revised formula of duty ratio of PWM for the flow controlling are also studied.
