摘要
在使用热气旁通技术进行能量调节的工业制冷系统中,热气旁通阀是该系统的核心部件,其正确的选型直接决定着系统运行的可靠性及稳定性。针对热气旁通阀选型方法的问题,本文在详细分析热气旁通系统特点的基础上,推荐采用膨胀系数法作为阀门的选型方法,并以实例详细说明选型步骤以及需要注意的问题。
Hot-gas bypass valve is the core component of the industrial refrigeration system which uses hot-gas bypass technology to adjust energy. The selection of hot-gas bypass valve determines the operation reliability and stability of the system. In order to solve the issues of hot-gas bypass valve selection method, the expansion coefficient meth- od is recommended as the selection method of valve based on the detailed analysis of the characteristics of the hot-gas bypass system. Combined with examples, the selection steps and the issues which need attention are described in detail.
