混合起爆网路技术在深圳地铁11号线隧道开挖中的应用试验研究

摘要 针对深圳地铁11号线一区间明挖基坑开挖对爆破振动的严格控制要求,通过理论分析和现场试验相结合的方法对错相减震机理予以研究。根据爆破振动的传播特点研究了毫秒延时振动波形叠加干扰降振延时间隔的计算方法,进而得到一套错相减震爆破设计理论。运用电子雷管与非电雷管混合起爆网路技术,采用较短的延时间隔逐孔起爆,使得各段地震波相互干扰叠加,有效控制了爆破振动,满足了复杂环境下安全爆破设计要求。 According to strict control requirements of blasting vibration in foundation pit excavation of Shenzhen M etro Line 11,this paper studied the phase dislocation damping mechanism by the theoretical analysis combined with the field testing. Based on blasting vibration propagation characteristics,the delay interval calculation method of vibration reduction interfered by millisecond delay vibration waveform stacking was discussed and a blasting design theory of phase dislocation vibration reduction w as proposed. M ixed detonating netw ork technology of electronic detonators and non-electric detonators uses a shorter delay interval for hole by hole blasting and makes seismic waves of each segment overlap and interfere with each other,which could effectively control the blasting vibration and meet the security requirements of blasting design in a complex environment.
