摘要
以混合动力列车电池组用大功率充放电设备为背景,研制了一台260 kW中压充放电设备。详细介绍了主回路拓扑及主要参数设计,并设计了系统控制策略。充放电设备采用三电平中点箝位(NPC)变流器与三电平Buck-Boost双向变换器串联的双级型三电平拓扑结构,系统采用双DSP控制,网侧采用电网电压定向矢量控制的控制方法,电池侧使用电压、电流双闭环可选的恒压、恒流或恒功率控制策略。最后通过实验验证了所研制的充放电设备性能的可行性与有效性。
This paper based on high power charge and discharge equipment for hybrid power train the battery pack, acapacity of 260 kW medium-voltage charge and discharge equipment is designed.The design of main circuit topologyand parameter are discussed, the control strategy of the system is introduced.This device uses a three-level neutral-point-clamped(NPC) converter and three-level Buck-Boost bi-directional converter series two-stage three-level top-ology structure.The system uses double DSP control.Power system voltage oriented control is used in grid side,andthe constant voltage, constant current or constant power control of voltage and current double closed-loops are used inbattery side.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of charge and discharge equipment is verified through experiments.
