摘要
形成于抗日战争时期的西南联大在中国高等教育发展历程中取得了国内高校多年来难以超越的成就,值得研究和借鉴。究其原因,主要是在极其艰苦的环境下,清华、北大和南开三校融合的碰撞与协同形成了西南联大独具特色的办学理念,原生态的学院制将耳濡目染的潜在影响发挥到了最大化,在拥有高度自由和自治的氛围中,联大的师生静心研讨纯粹的学术,最终成就了中国大学之巅的奇迹。这些办学真谛正是大学发展应该遵循之道,也是值得今日大学反思之处。
Formed during Sino-Japanese War, National Southwest Associated University made insur- mountable achievements in the course of higher educational development in China. In very difficult environ- ment, merging the school mission of Tsinghua University, Peking University and Nankai University, National Southwest Associated University integrated and formed its unique school mission. The natural college system makes the unconsciously influence maximized. With the atmosphere of highly freedom and self-government, the teachers and students concentrate on purely academic discussion in National Southwest Associated University. Then they create the miracle of Chinese universities.
