摘要
冷害是采后果蔬的一种生理性病害,对果蔬的贮藏品质及商品价值产生严重的影响。本文综述冷害对采后果蔬叶绿素含量及果蔬褐变的影响,并分析其作用机制,旨在为采后果蔬冷害的深入研究与有效防控提供参考。
Chilling injury is one of the postharvest physiological diseases on fruits and vegetables, which could significantly affect storage quality and commercial values of fruits and vegetables. This paper reviewed the effect of chilling injury on content of chlorophy II and browning of postharvest fruits and vegetables, and analyzed its mechanism, in order to provide references for further research and effective prevention and control of chilling injury of postharvest fruits and vegetables.
