摘要
苦荞是珍贵的药食同源杂粮品种,含有丰富的营养成分,是保健食品的良好资源。苦荞中的黄酮类化合物具有多种生物活性,因此成为苦荞的研究热点。本文简要介绍了苦荞黄酮类化合物的组分及稳定性研究现状,重点综述了苦荞黄酮类化合物的生物活性,旨在为其在保健食品、饮料、化妆品及医药领域的应用提供参考。
Buckwheat is a precious medicinal and edible cereal variety,which is rich in nutrients,and is a good resource of health food. Buckwheat flavonoids become a research hotspot for it's variety biological activities. In order to provide reference for its application in health food,beverage,cosmetics and pharmaceutical fields,the components and stability research status of buckwheat flavonoids were briefly introduced and the biological activity is also reviewed in this paper.
