摘要
预裂爆破是利用相邻炮孔内炸药爆轰时瞬间产生的应力和爆生高压气体的气楔作用,使得岩石沿相邻炮孔的轴线形成一条裂缝,从而在以后的开挖中形成一个平整和稳定的面。在开挖区主爆破炮孔爆破前,沿设计轮廓线先形成平整的预裂缝。预裂缝形成后,再起爆主爆炮孔组,能在一定范围内减小主爆炮孔组的爆破地震效应。
Pre-splitting blasting technology uses the explosion blasting stress and high pressure 'gas-wedge effect' instantly generated from the adjacent holes explosive detonation energy, to make the rock forming a crack along the axis of adjacent blasting holes, thereby to form a flat and stable surface in the followed excavation works. Before the main excavation area blasting, a pre-crack alone the designed contour has been formed. After that, main blasting hole group can be burst, to which the blasting vibration effect could be reduced in a certain extent.
