摘要
涂层刀具广泛用于切削加工,对涂层刀具进行后处理可进一步提高其切削性能。微喷砂是一种有效提高机械零件性能的手段,可作为涂层刀具后处理工艺。介绍了微喷砂后处理工艺的基本原理、分类和工艺参数,从涂层形貌、力学性能以及刀具磨损三个方面综述微喷砂后处理工艺对涂层刀具性能的影响,对比分析喷砂与喷丸、干式微喷砂与湿式微喷砂对涂层刀具性能的影响。微喷砂能够改善涂层表面粗糙度,提高涂层表层硬度,使涂层表层产生残余压应力,显著提高涂层刀具寿命。
Coated tool whose cutting performance can be further improved by post-treatment process, is widely used in the cutting process. Micro-blasting, an effective method of improving the performance of mechanical parts, can be used as the post-treatment process of coated tool. The basic principle, classification and process parameters of micro-blasting post-treatment process are sum- marized. The effect of micro-blasting post-treatment process on the performance of coated tools basing on the coating morphology, mechanical properties and wear of coated tools is reviewed. The similarities and differences of the effect between grit blasting and shot peening,dry micro-blasting and wet micro-blasting on the performance of coated tools are analyzed. Micro-blasting can im- prove coating surface roughness, increase coating hardness, generate compressive stress and significantly improve the life of coated tools.
