摘要
本文主要以近年来常州市获得国家和江苏省自然科学基金资助情况为依据,对项目数量和经费、资助率、承担单位主管部门以及项目承担单位性质等指标进行系统分析,结果表明常州市基础研究水平有了稳步的提升。最后对各单位如何获得更多自然基金支持与资助提出建议。
This paper systematically analyzed Changzhou situations for numbers and funds,success rates and competent authorities supported by Natural Science Foundation at National as well as Jiangsu Provincial level since recent years. The results showed that the fundamental research in Changzhou is being improved steadily. Finally,this paper proposed several suggestions for applying more research projects and funds.
