摘要
研究了花铃期干旱胁迫对4个不同类型棉花品种生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:花铃期干旱胁迫使棉花叶片的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛含量增加,使过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性增高。运用隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评价得出,花铃期干旱胁迫下4个棉花品种的抗旱性由强到弱依次为衡优12>冀棉958>中177>邯杂306。
The effects of drought stress at flowering and boll-forming stages on the physiological and biochemical indexes of 4 different types of cotton varieties were researched. The results indicated that drought stress at flowering and boll-forming stages could increase the contents of proline, soluble sugar and malondialdehyde in cotton leaves, and enhance the activities of catalase, superox- ide dismutase and peroxidase in cotton leaves. The drought-resistance of 4 cotton varieties under drought stress at flowering and boll -forming stages was comprehensively evaluated by using membership function method, and these varieties could be arranged as fol- lows based on their drought-resistance: Hengyou 12〉 Jimian 958〉 Zhong 177〉 Hanza 306.
