摘要
目的建立益母妇宁胶囊中苦参的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对方中苦参的有效成分苦参碱、氧化苦参碱进行含量测定。结果测得本品中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的总含量为10.53mg/g。结论本方法可以准确地进行定量分析,可用于益母妇宁胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method of the content determination of Yimufuning capsules and provide a basis of quality con -trol.Methods The content of Matrine and Oxymatrine was determined by HPLC .Result The total content of the Matrine and Oxymatrine in this product is 10.53mg/g.Conclusion The methed is accurate ,reliable and available with promising reproducibility and can be used in controlling the quality of Yimufuning capsules .
