摘要
给出一种针对智能变电站告警处理的专家系统。在本专家系统中,采用IEC61850标准对告警信号进行数据建模;定义了故障元与故障元联络来表示变电站单一故障和组合故障,同时建立一种面向对象的知识库模型描述故障元及其联络的内部知识组织;告警信号的分析和推理机采用1级、2级故障推理算法逐步精确、细化地推理事故根源,最终实现事故关联告警信号的最大程度融合。
The expert system aiming at the alarm processing of intelligent substation is provided.In this expert system,the IEC61850 standard is used to build the data modeling for the alarm signals;it is defined that the connection between fault elements indicates the single fault and the combination fault of the substation.At the same time,it establishes an object-oriented knowledge base model to describe the inteinal knowledge organization of the fault element and its connection;the analysis and inference engine of the alarm signals use the primary and secondary fault inference algorithm to gradually achieve the precise and detailed reasoning of accident causes,and ultimately realizes the greatest degree of the integration of the alarm signals associated with accidents.
