摘要 产品服务系统是实现可持续发展的新观念和新途径。在分析产品服务系统的概念及实质的基础上,对面向机电产品服务系统的远程维护与故障诊断进行了深入探讨,给出了远程维护与故障诊断系统的体系结构,并提出了一种基于行为的多智能体远程维护与诊断系统,为机电设备的远程维护与故障诊断提供了新的途径,最后指出了远程维护诊断系统的进一步发展方向。 Product Service System (PSS) is a new idea of and a new way to Sustainable Development realization. On basis of study on the concept and thought essence of PSS, as a subsystem of PSS of electromechanical products, the remote maintenance and fault diagnosis of system was discussed thoroughly. The systematic structure of fault diagnosis system and remote maintenance were giv- en, and the behavior-based multi-agent remote maintenance and fault diagnosis system was proposed, which provided a new way for the remote maintenance and fault diagnosis of eleetromechanical equipment. Finally further development direction of the remote maintenance diagnostic system is pointed out.
