摘要
为了研究不同掺量的超高强改性合成(FC)纤维对道面混凝土抗折强度和抗裂性能的影响,设计了多组不同的混凝土配合比进行试验。对试验现象及结果进行对比,分析不同纤维掺量对抗折强度和抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:不同掺量的FC纤维对混凝土抗折强度略有提高,但效果不明显;当纤维掺量1—1.6kg/m3,混凝土均未产生裂缝,抗裂效果明显。
In order to study the impact of different dosage of FC fiber reinforced concrete for pavement mechanical properties and crack resistance, several kinds of test are designed depending on the different proportion of mixture. By comparing with the test phenomena and analysis results, the influence of different dosage of FC fiber on flexural strength and crack can be analyzed. It indicates that different dosage of FC fiber on the flexural strength of concrete increased slightly, but the effect is not obvious; when the fiber content 1 - 1.6 kg/m3 , no cracks in concrete, crack resistance effect is obvious.
