摘要
辅导员参与大学生心理健康教育的重要性已成共识,但辅导员心理健康教育职能处于空置状态的现象仍然存在。文章尝试构建辅导员心理健康教育能力发挥机制的"五三四二一"模式,解决明确角色定位、细化工作职责、提高专业素养等三个影响辅导员心理健康教育能力有效发挥的关键点,以期促进辅导员心理健康教育能力可持续发挥,助力大学生成长成才。
There is a consensus that counselors in universities play a significant role in mental health education for college students, but some conductors do not perform this function in their work. This thesis attempts to formulate the " Five Three Four Two One" model to develop the counselors' ability for mental health education, which focuses on three key points: confirming role definition, detailing work duty and improving professional quality. And the thesis aims at promoting the sustainability of counselors' ability for mental health education and helping students to grow up and succeed.
