摘要
狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒引起的人兽共患烈性传染病,发病后病死率几乎为100%。目前狂犬病尚无有效的治疗方法,及时、准确的诊断以及暴露后狂犬病疫苗的注射是其主要的预防措施。核蛋白是狂犬病病毒重要的功能蛋白,其在疫苗免疫效果的评价中也发挥着重要作用。狂犬病的诊断主要针对核蛋白。本文对核蛋白的基因结构、抗原性、致病性及其应用的研究进展进行了综合评述,从而加深对核蛋白的了解,为狂犬病的快速临床诊断和免疫效果评价提供参考依据,以更好的预防和控制狂犬病。
Rabies is a deadly zoonotic disease caused by the rabies virus.Once the disease develops,its mortality rate is almost 100%.There is no effective treatment for rabies at present,and the main steps to control rabies are the timely and accurate detection of the rabies virus and injection of the rabies vaccine after exposure.A nucleoprotein is essential for the functioning of the rabies virus,and it also plays an important role in evaluation of the effectiveness of immunity conferred by the rabies vaccine.The rabies nucleoprotein is the main target for diagnosis of rabies.This review summarizes research on the rabies virus nucleoprotein in terms of its genetic structure,antigenicity,and pathogenicity.This review seeks to further understand this nucleoprotein in order to provide a reference for the rapid diagnosis of rabies and evaluation of the effectiveness of immunity conferred by the rabies vaccine with the goal of preventing and controlling rabies more efficiently.
