摘要
设计了基于TFT-LCD显示的库仑计,利用基于上华0.5,um工艺模型设计的CMOS库仑计芯片检测电池当前电压,将电池电压转化为相对应的5位二进制代码。这5位二进制代码(对应数值为00000~11111)通过单片机处理转化为十进制输出信号(对应数值为0~31),作为TFT的输入信号,并最终显示到TFT-LCD上,进而反映当前的电量剩余量,由于库仑计模块的输出为5位二进制,从而使得TFT显示的分辨率为32位,能够很精确地反映电池剩余量。
Based on CSMC 0.5 ptm ,this paper designs a CMOS Coulomb Meter which detect the current voltage of battery and con- vert the voltage into corresponding 5-bit binary code based on TFT display. The 5-bit binary code (corresponding to a value of 00000-11111)is handed by MCU into decimal output signal (corresponding to a value of 0-31) as input signal of TFT and display to TFT-LCD, and future reflect the current residual quantity of battery charge. Since the output of Coulomb Meter module is 5 bit bi- nary so that TFT display resolution is 32 bit and is able to reflect the current residual quantity of battery charge.
